Yoga always keeps our body healthy. Today's class began with a Yoga Session by Stephen sir. We learnt different yogasanaas - bhujangasana, naukasana, sooryanamaskar etc.

The next session was handled by Joju Sir. We learnt about Measurement and Evaluation, concept and purpose of evaluation.



In the afternoon session we had Physical Education class. We learnt about Non Standard Track and how to draw it.



At the end of the day, we also had a Live Cooking Demonstration Class conducted by Maggi in association with our college. They demonstrated two recipes with Maggi.
