  Today was our Christmas celebration 🎉🎄.           I was very excited about today's Christmas celebration. The function started with prayer followed by principal's welcome speech. Then our chief guest Fr.Jolly Karimbil and our bursar gave us some valuable message about Christmas. Then we had a cake cutting ceremony. College union provided cake for all students.   In the afternoon we had our optional wise programme. Our optional had Role play in which we showed the Christmas days.       " Christmas will always be as long as we stand heart to heart and hand in hand "

   Today, the assembly was conducted by ourselves. We were eagerly waiting for this wonderful moment. We all reached our college early and got prepared for it. We wore our uniform saree. We started our assembly at 9:15 am with our college anthem. And then the prayer,thought for the day,news, importance of the week, importance of the day,quiz,campus news and then finally National Anthem. Today, the valuable message was given by joju sir. Our Mathematics Association's name and logo was released during the assembly by Joju sir. 'Dyuthi'- Unleash the fire within.     After the assembly we had our optional class. Deepthi miss taught  the topic 'Different phases of teaching'.    After that Maya miss handled the session by discussing qualities and competencies of a teacher.    The nxt session was handled by Ancy miss. She taught us the principles of development. Afternoon session also conducted by Ancy miss.      Today was very Important day for all Maths loving people bec

   Today, the team NAAC visited our college.     We wore our uniform saree. First session was the Yoga class. Sir explained us about the benefits of doing Yoga daily.      After that we had the class of Maya teacher. Teacher told us to write A-Z qualities of a good teacher. Then we had Shafi sir's class.    In the afternoon we had our cultural programme. All of us performed well. Our class performed Goan dance. I was also a participant of the Goan dance. The cultural program depicted ' unity in Diversity ' of our country.

  Today it was a special working day in our college even though it was a holiday. Our campus is at the last stage preparations for NAAC visit. Our seniors decorated our class with different kinds of arts and works. We- the first years helped them according to their instructions. We arranged our working models in Lab.  Suji is in charge for preparing organogram and she did it well. Also we prepared logo of our Mathematics association.

  The class started with a small group discussion session conducted by Dr.Joju John as a part of his portion in syllabus. The topic was 'the positive and negative changes occurred due to technology'.  After that we had a social visit to Santhimanthiram, Vattappara, a home for the mentally challenged people.It was an unforgetable and mind changing experience for me. We could see many beautiful smiling faces there. We could find the real heros behind this who are there to help them without bothering the circumstances. Very happy to see that selfless people are still there on our Earth. We spend a little time with them and tried to make them happy.  In the afternoon it was talent hunt conducted by Natural Science and Physical Science optionals. They conducted it very nicely. Both rocked the stage. 

  Today our class started with the Assembly by English optional. Also it was our saree day. Assembly started with the College anthem. After that it was followed by prayer song, news reading, campus news reading, thought of the day. Then our principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir published their association name 'Aliferous'. Then Vivek explained the meaning of their logo. Also they donated some books to the library. Today it was a special day. NAAC Mock Visit was conducted in our college. We invited the guests during the Assembly time. English optional conducted the assembly very well.  First section was our optional class. Deepthi teacher concluded yesterday's discussion 'Qualities of a good teacher'.  The next class was taken by Ancy teacher. At first she asked questions from previous class. Then she started the next topic from psychology 'Growth and Development'.  After that she shared some of her life experiences with us. And then some of the students sang song

            Today first class was taken by Gibi teacher. Teacher taught us about the scope of educational psychology. The main scopes of educational psychology are the learner, learning experience, learning methods, learning environment and the teacher. Then t eacher also asked the students to separate into groups on the basis of different facts, like those who wearing spectacles, those who knows more than 3 language, those who can swim and so on. It was done to make us understand that individual differences can be found in every classes.   After that we had work experience class by Elizabeth Ma'm. Ma'm taught us different kinds of flower arrangement and arranged flowers very beautifully. It was an interesting class. In the afternoon session it was our Optional class and our Deepa teacher came and we discussed 'Qualities of a good teacher'. After that we had 'Aerobics'. It was a nice experience and we enjoyed a lot. If you can dream it you can do it. "😊

    Today, classes began with morning prayer. The first session was taken by Dr Archana ma'am. She taught us about psychology, different branches of psychology, schools of psychology etc. After a long wait, the talent hunt of our first year B Ed students started today. Today's talent hunt is run by English and Mathematics optionals.       The whole class of us performed very well .
