Today, we had technology online class at 11 am. Social Science optional started their seminar today. We came to know more about the topics - NME-ICT, NPTEL, KITE and Victers.


          ADVITHIYA'S FIRST PROGRAMME!!!

Today, we, Advithiya - College Union 2021-22 conducted our first programme-Virtual Exam Orientation Programme. The programme started at 6 pm via Google meet. There were about 100 participants.



First we had an exceptional session handled by Swathi Krishna, BA Sociology first rank holder. She shared her journey to success with us, which inspired me a lot.

In the next session, our principal, Benedict Sir shared some tips to success. How to combat exam fear and some memory tips were shared by Dr. Giby ma'am.

In the next session Dr. Shalini Ma'am made us aware about Revision Skills and Presentation Skills.

How to overcome obstacles? Dr Shafi Thomson Sir, rank holder, Doordarshan resource person; gave us some tips.

In the last session Dr Joju John Sir, our union advisor, life skill trainer and Youtuber gave us an exceptional talk on The Values of good learning.



It was such a nice programme organised by the college union. The support of our teachers and friends made this programme a great success.

The discussion was conducted by five groups. Each group had to discuss different topic.  Yoga....  Lord Shiva, among the great deities of Hinduism, most personifies the practice of Yoga. As Yogeshwar, the great lord of Yoga, he rules over all aspects of Yoga relative to body, mind and consciousness. Tantric Yoga teachings about prana relate to Shiva, who holds the inner power of pranayama.        Today our class started with Yoga. It was all about our mind and our body. Also it refreshed our physical and mental health.     Next session was handled by Maya miss. English optional continued their seminar presentation. After that Maya miss gave the feedback of them. Miss had said all their faults and all their good things and also told us what to improvise and what to lookout for when doing a seminar presentation.   After that Joju sir took the class. In this session we continued our presentation on the topic Legal and Ethical issues. Unfortunately we couldn't finish the seminar.    Last session was handled by Benedict sir...

  Happy Valentine's Day                   Valentine's Day, celebrated on February 14, is widely regarded as the day of expressing love. Couples all around the world look forward to spending time with each other, sharing gifts, chocolates, champagne etc.       Day started with our optional class. First, Ponnu presented her Reading and Reflection. She took the noval 'Ummachu' by Uroob for reading. She explained it very well. After that Anju took her seminar on 'Analytic and Synthetic method'. She also presented it admirably.  Then Deepthi miss divided us into each club. I opted Media club.     Then we had class of Joju sir. Sir told about the importance of 'Silence' in our life.
