 YOGA

       Yoga is an ancient practice that may have organised in India. It involves movement, meditation and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.

  The day started with Yoga class. Stephan sir gave us more information about foot reflexology and sir told us to do the Yoga.
 

  Then we had class by interns from Department of Education, Thycadu. They gave a lecture on ' Computer assisted Instructions '. Then we had our optional class, which started with thought for the day by Anju. She conveyed the message ' Don't compare yourself with others, if you do so you are insulting yourself '. Then it was my turn to present Reading and Reflection. I took ' Oru Desathinte katha ' by S.K Pottekkatt for reading. It sketches the men and women of Athiranippadam, drawing the history of the country while detailing the micro-history of a place.

  Then the Assignment presentation was taken by Shalu on ' Growth of Mathematics '.

 Afternoon session, we had classes by M Ed Interns on

  • Education- Formal, Informal and Non-formal 
  • Education and Democracy
